At AELVORA, we maintain high quality standards for every product. To ensure fairness for both customers and our brand, we follow a strict return & exchange policy.
🔁 Exchange & Return Eligibility
We ONLY accept return or exchange in the following cases:
- ✅ You received a defective/damaged product
- ✅ You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
👉 No other reasons are accepted
🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim return or exchange:
- You must record a proper unboxing video while opening the parcel
- The video must clearly show:
- Sealed package
- Opening process
- Product condition
👉 Without video proof, no claim will be accepted
⏱ Reporting Time
- Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- After this, requests will not be considered
📦 Return Conditions
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and invoice must be included
💸 Refund Policy
Refund is only applicable if:
- Product is defective
- OR wrong product is delivered
Refund will be processed via bank transfer. Processing time: 3–5 working days after approval.
🔄 Exchange Policy
Exchange will be provided for:
- Defective products
- Wrong items
Subject to stock availability.
