✨ 48 Hours Easy Return & Exchange Support
We accept return or exchange requests in the following cases:
- ✅ You received a damaged or defective product
- ✅ You received a wrong product different from your order
🎥 Unboxing Video Required
To raise any return, refund, or exchange request, an unboxing video is compulsory.
- Video must start before opening the parcel
- Package seal must be clearly visible
- Entire opening process should be recorded without cuts
- Product condition must be clearly shown in the video
👉 Without proper video proof, no claim will be accepted under any circumstances.
⏱ Report Time Limit
- Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests raised after 48 hours will not be considered
📦 Return & Exchange Conditions
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be included
- Returned product must pass our quality inspection process
AELVORA reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet our policy conditions.
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:
- Product received is defective/damaged
- Wrong product has been delivered
Approved refunds will be processed through:
- Bank Transfer
- Original Payment Method (if applicable)
⏳ Refund processing time: 3–5 working days after approval.

Exchange will only be provided for:
- Defective products
